Employees R Us is a recruitment marketplace that connects job seekers with employers through a reverse recruitment model. Our platform allows:
- Job seekers to create profiles and receive role details from verified employers
- Employers to search for and contact qualified candidates directly
- Secure messaging and verification services
- Subscription-based access to platform features
4. User Accounts and Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 User Types
- Job Seekers: Individuals seeking employment opportunities
- Employers: Companies or individuals looking to hire talent
4.3 Verification Requirements
All users must complete our verification process to access full platform features. Job seekers must provide valid identification, while employers must verify their business registration and credentials.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Plans
- Job Seeker Plan: £4.99/month
- Basic Employer Plan: £29/month (20 messages)
- Professional Employer Plan: £69/month (50 messages)
- Enterprise Employer Plan: £129/month (100 messages)
5.2 Free Trial
All new users receive a 3-month free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable monthly rate unless cancelled before the trial expires.
5.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
5.4 Refunds and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at unknown time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.
6. User Conduct and Responsibilities
6.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information

Employer accounts have monthly message limits based on their subscription plan. Additional messages can be purchased separately.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Employees R Us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
